My boudoir photoshoot experience was nothing short of amazing, From the get-go, Valerie is incredibly warm, welcoming and supportive. She creates a beautiful and relaxing environment for the photoshoot to take place.
Valerie is quite prescriptive in the lead up so you know exactly what you need and how the shoot will happen.
After your hair and makeup is done, Valerie ease's you in with some causal photography styles before throwing you in the deep end. She makes sure to guide you through which is really comforting.
Valerie directs the whole shoot, demonstrating everything from the actual pose down to how to place your hands and part your mouth (which is the hardest part in my option,) so you never feel lost or unsure of what to do or out of your depth. Believe me when I tell you, you will be loving yourself sick by the end.
On viewing the photos, I was absolutely blown away by what was delivered. You could never imagine yourself in the way that Valerie is able to capture you - her talent is an absolute gift. I am obsessed with the outcome and have recommend to anyone who will listen.

After a little over a year of healing from some traumatic experiences, I decided to do a boudoir shoot to close that chapter and reclaim the parts of myself I felt I had lost due to those experiences.
I found Valerie while researching photographers and I am so incredibly grateful I found her. She has the most wonderful, calming presence and is super talented.
I was nervous coming into this experience because of the sensitive nature behind why I wanted to do the photoshoot. Valerie was so supportive and understanding every step of the way. Most importantly, she made me feel so safe the entire process.
I don't have the words to describe how I felt after finishing the photoshoot and again when I saw the photos for the first time. I almost couldn't believe it was me! I look so confident, relaxed and happy. The whole experience has been so transformational and amazing.

Valerie really helps you feel comfortable and guides you the whole way. I never had to wonder what to do with my hands (lol) or how to best pose, it was all taken care of. I went to Valerie to have photos taken before my first pregnancy changed my body, and I'm so glad I did! I was 8 weeks pregnant at the time, and I looked so good in the photos. Now I have a momento of my pre baby body, and will cherish them for years to come. My review is very late, but the memory of that day is still fresh in my mind (despite the mummy brain!) Absolutely one of the best experiences of my life. My sister organised this for my birthday and at first I was so apprehensive given how far out of my comfort zone it was. But Val was the consumate professional and made everything so easy. At the initial consultation I was able to clarify any worries I had and then the photoshoot was just out of this world!! It was just amazing and would I do it again? Hell yeah!!
The finished product was just WOW and I bring it out from time to time to remind myself that I did that! Would unequivocally recommend Valerie to any woman wanting to feel confident again. I’ve never been one for getting pictures done. Time, life, self-image has played a roll in my hesitation.
Till I met Valerie.
Valerie is one talented woman, who makes you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. She is so professional from start to finish. Meeting her for a consult was easy and comfortable and made me feel at ease. On the day of your photo shoot, Valerie and make-up artist Anisha makes you feel relaxed. Anisha does stunning make-up while Valerie pampers you (a little surprise!). The photo shoot was absolutely fun. Valerie made every minute of it so comfortable and with so much laughs! I walked out feeling like a million bucks physically and emotionally. When I saw her next we picked out the photos and they looked more beautiful than I could ever imagine. When I picked up the pictures, it was more than I could hope for.
I could go on and on about how amazing Valerie is as a person and photographer and the wonderful time I had. I hope that she’ll be the first person you go to because you won’t want anyone else. Thank you so much, Valerie ♥️

Valerie is amazing!!!! From the moment you meet her, she puts you at ease immediately. She makes you feel calm and comfortable even in a situation where you are about to take your clothes off in front of someone you barely know. I’m so glad I decided to do the shoot with Valerie. It was a fun, empowering and amazing experience. I’m so pleased with all the pictures she took (so much so that I struggled to cut them down as I loved them all!), she’s amazingly talented. She went above and beyond to capture incredible images (our height difference meant I wasn’t the only one in unusual positions for her to capture that perfect image) and she knows exactly how to get you to laugh/smile/pose at exactly the right moment. I would definitely recommend her to everyone and I would encourage people to do a boudoir shoot, it’s a scary concept, but Valerie made it so easy and fun.
